Note for your guys watching ; Do not skip the stretches because it will reduce soreness. Also, you got this! Don't give up! But also eat healthy if you want this to be more effective :D

Ответитьafter taking a break from HIIT, here i come to start again to build my stamina. at first, my legs were burning like crazy and i did take longer breaks after half of the workout but i push myself until the end. the whole exercise was fun !! will definitely give it a try for his sweat & shred challenge.

ОтветитьI have been working out for years, I've done longer cardio workouts but this one kills me every time. I just did this for the fourth time and I still feel like it's super hard for me. I just keep reminding myself that the more I will do this, the better I'll get at it so... Just keep going everyone and remember you are amazing!
