A few things we wanted to mention in the video:
1. We've started working on a test methodology update for TVs. One of the biggest goals with this update is to add game mode testing. We're still working out the exact details, but we should have more information to share in the coming weeks. When we do, we'll retest all 2020 models we still have, and update our recommendations based on our findings.
2. Many of you are wondering why we released this video if we haven't actually tested it. It's a valid question. We could have waited, but our goal here is to help as many people as possible, as quickly as possible. As many people were starting to receive their launch units, and many of you were already asking for our recommendations, we decided to release this video early. Since filming this video we've received the Xbox Series X that we preordered, and we're still trying to buy a PS5. As soon as we're able to test them both, we will. We update our recommendation articles frequently, so stay tuned to our website for the latest updates based on our test results and your feedback.
Thanks!
“We haven’t been able to test the TVs with the new consoles” uhhhh then why am I watching this video ? Seems a little dumb on your guys part
ОтветитьBro you not saying prices is the wackest thing I’ve seen all week
ОтветитьWait so u don't have the consoles
Ответить77in CX! OLED for life!
ОтветитьWe havenèt tested with the new consoles...OMG!!! You suck
Ответитьa tv with 1.7 ms response time, that's something else!
ОтветитьLG
ОтветитьIs sony x80j model led tv good enough for ps5 gaming??
Ответитьbest budget tv for gaming in my opinion is the LG nano 85. it has 120 hz 55" is $699 only 33ms input lag. much better than the sony. and about eqaul to the mid range tv here. I question with the LG nano line up youd even have a 60 Hrtz tv in there for around the same cost. that makes 0 sense. also mid range maybe go for the nano 95 as an alternative its more expensive but slightly nicer than the nano 85. also yes the LG Cx is the best by far but thats an expensive tv most people dont have that kind of money to spend on a TV. just to add a few more options especially mid and low end you can get more for the money with the nano 85 over the viso for the same cost. the 120htz alone makes it worth it. the nano has awsome viewing angles too and competes with the Samsung quantum dot. but nothing really beats oled latancy is lower than any lcd panel by default. also if your real serious about it you can get an alien ware or gigabyte 55" gaming monitor for about $3400 which will kick the shit out of any tv monitor on the market in latency and both have 120htz as well. just incase anyone wants the best thats what I recomend for high end.
ОтветитьWhat about the Hisense H8G and the Hisense U6G?? Are they good??
ОтветитьProblem with the OLED for gaming is burn-in
ОтветитьSo your giving advice on something you haven't tested yet?
ОтветитьGuys is there a difference between q80 and q70? Also is there a difference between the 2020 and 2021 models?
ОтветитьI think you get more bang for LESS bucks with the "LG NANO85"👍
Ответитьdamn I had no idea the x900H was a midrange lol. I thought it was a high end TV.
ОтветитьWe need the same video but for 2021 TV's
ОтветитьLol. Chocolate teapot other video
Ответитьq90t has super saiyan dirty screen effect. Stay away from it 100%.
Ответить4k at 120hz with only 6.7ms is that good? :/
I'm tempted.
PS5 LG CX never going outside again
ОтветитьSamsung Nu8000 it’s good for Xbox s x
ОтветитьPlease test LG SM9000 for ps5 & xbox this tv have HDMI 2.1 and is under $1000 please
Ответить"We haven't been able to test our TVs with the new consoles yet"
...why the F am i here?
Any time frame for the Samsung Q_A series review?
ОтветитьDo you recommend the Samsung frame (2020) for ps5? The 55’ version has 120 hz and HDMI 2.1 + VRR, so I guess it’s pretty good for the ps5?
ОтветитьWe are finally here... but we are not. 😂
ОтветитьWhat’s the point of the video if you haven’t tested the TVs with the new consoles lol
ОтветитьPS5 + x900h = Nut
ОтветитьQ70t ? Cheaper than x900h for hdr 10+,120hz, vrr, Hdmi 2.1 and 4k
ОтветитьAny word on the Samsung Q800T model and gaming?
Ответить4K 120 hz does not work for the xbox series x on the Sony x900h.
ОтветитьWhat kind of "budget" are y'all gamers on? You must have wealthy parents, the cheapest in this line up is a month's wages for me!
ОтветитьWait so you haven't tested it with the consoles but then your doing a review on it ?
ОтветитьHey I found this tv is it possible to look at it and give me your opinion. I'm trying to find something in the 300-500 range and a 43inch. I recently got a ps5 so was looking for a tv
VIZIO - 43" Class V-Series LED 4K UHD SmartCast TV
This is the worst TV comparison and analysis I have ever seen. Rtings was never impartial, and will never be. Since 2017 that I've been watching and reading rtings analysis and one thing always comes to my mind: they must work for LG..... lol.
ОтветитьWith the viso m7 series can I play at 1080p 120 hz or fps
ОтветитьYou lost me on this video without having the console to test it on.
ОтветитьHey guys love your reviews, but Isn’t there a RTINGS article where you guys tested LG OLED (C7 I believe) discussing the burn-in issues, any thoughts on how that might also affect the CX?
ОтветитьHi sir. Can the TCL C815 65" with 120hz panel support 1080p/2k @120hz in gaming? Thanks
ОтветитьWhen will there be a good 40-43 inch model with hdmi 2.1 VRR 120z? Come on man! People want smaller screens.
ОтветитьI saw an LG OLED CX model tv at a Brandsmart. Although it looked good, it mentioned "OLED Motion Pro is not supported on streaming content". If I wanted this feature when watching Netflix, I needed an external device, such as a PS4 or PS5. I can't have this feature with the Netflix app on the tv itself, which turned me away from it. For other televisions mentioned in this video, are there any drawbacks with its streaming apps similar to the LG OLED CX series?
ОтветитьYou really need to be testing the pic quality on game mode.
ОтветитьIn my country is Samsung QE65Q80T 200usd cheaper than Sony kd-65xh9005 so its the best choice thanks :-D
ОтветитьI just want 4K 60fps
ОтветитьWell I still have my ps4 pro and don't plan to buy a ps5 for a while so it stands between the Samsung Q80T and the LG OLED CX. But I haven't decided yet (as I am writing this comment) which one I should go for.
ОтветитьToo much gargon for me. Just wanna know what tvs look the best for gaming at different price points. Not all this technical mumbo jumbo 😂
ОтветитьLG Nanocell 85 is the best budget gamin tv. 4K @ 120hz. Just turn local dimming on low or off and you’re golden.
ОтветитьYou guys are listing the X900H as MID RANGE?!?!?! F?!K me, not for $1,000, that ain't mid range.
Ответить
