ОтветитьY’all just go to a chiropractor! That “crack” is only a noise from a loose joint that is compensating for THAT spot that needs an adjustment. Don’t believe me call up a chiro in your area. My quality of life has been improved not by more stretches and meds BUT by my chiropractor!

ОтветитьYou can sit down and do the same thing. You sit down, curl your right or left leg, take the opposite arm (of the leg curls) and put it on the outside of the knee, and then twist. (basically Exactually what she did in the vid, but you are just siting down instead 👍😁

ОтветитьThe reason I like football so much is because someone like Messi can enter the sport and dominate. What im trying to say is that it isnt a sport based on physical genetics so much like basketball, NFL, high jump, long jump, sprinting etc. Like you have players that are slow but are still dangerous, you have short players, physical players, but at the end of the day it still comes down to skill and technique.
I hear your Maradona and Pele part and i agree that Messi and the other guy are better but it also makes you wonder how good would Pele and Maradona have been if they were more disciplined, had a diet plan, trained 3 times a week like pros now.
I got a foam roller, best thing I ever did. I put my back on it for not even 3 seconds and everything cracked lol.
