ОтветитьHi, Leah. I have a question about the beginning breathing technique. Does it bring more oxygen to the brain?? I feel all tingly and maybe a little light headed and then I feel a little anxious just because I experienced new physical sensations (I have health anxiety, which I’m working on). If you can explain the physiology of the breathing technique and the normal physical sensations, etc., it will help me not be anxious. I love this meditation & I would like to do it regularly!!! 💗💗
