ОтветитьThis is beautiful
ОтветитьI'm not crying, you are
ОтветитьIts sad and terrible to think about how most creatures died that day in June.
The most current estimates have the astroid plowing into the Earth's surface about 22 mi deep. What ended up happening is all that tonnage of crust instantly turned gaseous from the heat and got ejected into the atmosphere and space.
Some of it hit the moon.
Some even hit Mars or beyond.
Once the rock gas cooled it condensed into these little tiny glass balls, some of them near microscopic. Eventually gravity took control and all those little glass balls, octillions and octillions of them, starting falling back down. As each one hit the atmosphere it added a little bit of heat and it started getting hotter and hotter and hotter.
Eventually the sky turned red.
Estimates say the air reached upwards of 900° f, basically a pizza oven everything that was above 4in of dirt was broiled to death.
The ocean life was battered by storms, tsunamis, and extremely acidic rain. Any ocean life that existed within 20-30ft of the surface was wiped out.
What remains of the victims of those days lie buried in the earth, along with those little glass balls in the KT boundary.
Despite it all. Life goes on.
I am crying so hard rn
ОтветитьI almost cried. It’s so beautiful!!
ОтветитьSe gano un oscard❤😊
ОтветитьThis shows that the T-Rex didn’t always need to eat. It coexisted with the others.
ОтветитьLife uhh.. finds a way.
ОтветитьIt’s truly amaze the symbolism of those birds from during the last days of Cretaceous period to current timeline. Showing they are in face the dinosaur themselves.
ОтветитьI love how after the T Rex walks away after filled it’s thirst. The bird shows up from the same stop to catch worms. This tells you what you’re looking at are those birds the descendants of therapods. While yes the dinosaurs are gone. But by looking at the birds, they are here with us. As if the dinosaur spirits are with us.
Ответитьman this really made me tear up :(
ОтветитьNive reference to "The Valley of Gwangi" one of Ray Harryhausen's underrated movies
ОтветитьThis is the best channel❤❤❤
Ответить"No, wait... No, wait!!"
My genuine reaction to a spoiler just around 3 minutes in.
😭😭😭
Ответитьthe baby triceratops was so sad 😭😭😭😭😭
Ответитьthat was beautifully made 🥲
ОтветитьVery beautiful, congratulations. The problem is the lack of truth in the course of information. The deluge happened and buried all the animals, with boiling water, earth and rocks, in a catastrophe. If it was a meteor, in addition to not killing all the animals, there would be no way to bury them as it happened and most of the fossils. Another thing is carbon 14 itself, which in fact can only be detected in fossils less than 30,000 years old. So we can't have anything with carbon 14 older than 30,000 years.
ОтветитьWhy am I crying?
ОтветитьMy god this was already a year ago.
ОтветитьYou guys do amazing work! Honestly you should do a full length documentary for Netflix or Apple TV! The artistry is incredible!
ОтветитьI like how the museum at the end is based off Edinburgh's
ОтветитьA really excellent film. Thank-you so much.
Ответитьthe most faitful day of all earth
ОтветитьOne of the things that I got from this is that we can be so removed from the fact that these creatures actually existed once upon a time. The fossils left behind were a living breathing animal and not some mythological monster, something that walked the same planet that we do right now.
ОтветитьAfter watched this series. I found out that I'm fking obsessed with dinosaurs
ОтветитьWhats the point?
ОтветитьI just didn’t like the you uses the meteor plot i feel like it’s too cliche
ОтветитьBeautiful and brilliant !
