I am 13 and i am looking to lose a ton of fat i am 5,3 ft and i weigh 154 pounds at the time of this comment and i am looking to lost about 40 pounds i am looking for help on what i should start to do, i want to focus in losing weight in the first place then once i get to a good space in my body, begin gaining muscle, i just need assistance and guidance for the beginning of my training.

I want to eat heathy but my family cant afford the healthier foods. i go to the gym 4 days a week and do a push pull legs and then a abs and cardio day. ive been working out trying to lose all my fat and gain muscles. ive lost 25 pounds since some time in july and feel more comfertable with myself bu i want to look better but cant afford more heathy food because my famlily and i are broke can someone help me or try and guide me a little i want to look at myself and not see a fat sad pile of lard. i dont want to be jeffrey!

I understand you cant measure all food you eat but just eat the best way possible no processed shit or sugary drinks coffee snacks just eat home-made good hot meal thats all and consume calories you need and drink 2-3 L of water warm one is especially recommend
After meal go to job school etc idc
After you get from job
Clean your house best you can for 20 minute after rest for 30 minute but no eating
After that workout i dont care just burn more calories than how much calories are you eating if your especially cutting and eat more than how much calorie are you burning to bulk and gain muscle
After that eat
A meal
Learn something new idc
Life hack bullshit
Matrail art
Idk
Last meal of day eat less to sleep well
Take good skin care and brush your teeth and take shower if possible amd tale a good sleep at 10 pm
Its ok if you cant do some of stuff but try you will feel good after just trying this program for single day might get tired but you feel dopamine from a good day not uour porn videos shitty meals

False title... You literally said it yourself before that bulking always comes first. There is no such thing as losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time and you should never cut unless you have bulked already or you're starting off extremely fat

I just started cooking food for myself, im on regular meat and trying to cut out the shit food. Its been a week and my life is already improving and i can thank Hamza for hammering in that i have to cut out almost all of the shit and start going clean.
