Hi - you need to adjust the additional brush options and adjust the spacing. See the blog post for more info.

Don't you think it would be helpful to show how to arrange the spacing on the brush ? Also not all versions of PSE have those blue guides available, so you should really advise which versions your tutorial will work with please.

The brush is just the simple default brush in Photoshop Elements. :) It's the spacing that creates the dots. Hope this helps!
