Day 1
its literally so hot the room is spinning!!😂😂
Felt like my thighs were on fire but a really good work out. I only had a 10 pound medicine ball so i incorporated that into my glute bridges and squats.
Day 2
Woke up very sore in my thighs and butt which is a good sign I hope😂. The work out felt more intense today. The lunges KILLED ME! but at the end felt very accomplished. If you can get through day 2 you can get through anything
Day 3
Woke up still sore but not as bad as day 2. Workout still a little intense but i am slowly staring to familiarize myself with the work out. Cant wait until i start seeing results.
Day 4
Today was supposed to be my rest day but I really wanted to work out so i condensed it to 15 mins doing just squats, glute bridges, and donkey kicks. I got 10 pound dumbbells today and tested it on when doing the exercises. It was more intense but manageable. I am also going to look up dietary options/meal plans that will help promote weight gain in the glute area.

Not sore at all. work out definitely more intense with dumbells. getting the hang of the work out.

I've been doing this exercise for 4 months and to be honest I see no result, but let me tell you even if it's not working in my case it doesn't mean it will be the same for you maybe it's because I don't eat enough, also I've noticed that I'm much stronger so it's still a good exercise
ОтветитьI do this every two days and started about 12days ago.....and I must say your workouts give me confidence and sincerely I'm not really measuring my results (but will start to😅) After I complete these workouts, I always feel so proud of me that I just don't want to give up.....thank you ❤️
Edit: it's being about 3 weeks since I started, and already 3 people have told me they're seeing a difference in my butt and sincerely, I have too🥺❤️. Thank you so much. I definitely won't stop. Also I put on some weight (like 1.5kg ), in case someone had some doubts.

Tried the work out. I was only able to do half as I started feeling nauseous. But when I tell you that my butt and thighs were on fire the following day!!!They we’re on fire!!!. My goodness. This is the first legs/booty work out that I actually felt in my butt. Thank you so much, I have found my new booty workout.

ОтветитьI was just wondering if I can still do this at 12 and get the results. I know it's weird but I had this crush who actually rejected me because I was flat and skinny at 12! Its crazy what society is but I am just so self conscious because of my body. I'm not that self conscious of my face, but my body needs some work. I'm sorry if this is weird it's just I really liked him and I want to feel better about myself!! Thank you!
