ОтветитьI don't know. I'm on day 72 of no porn/nofap. I don't notice any big change.
Ответить👍✌️
ОтветитьIt’s literally impossible to do no fap for your entire life. I’d low key rather die
ОтветитьTHANK YOU
ОтветитьI do this to make my physic more better..not for women
Ответитьif you need to reboot hold the powerbutton for 5 seconds then the system will automaticly restart
ОтветитьThanks bro☺
ОтветитьSo do you mean if we watch a full porn video instead of clicking on new videos after every 30-40 seconds, then your dopamine will come back to normal ?
ОтветитьThis deserves much respect
Thank you so much for your guidance keep doing the good work ❤️
Porn destroyed my life for long time then i did nofap for 1 full year, then i started relapsing slowly, at first porn was nasty then it became normal, i got complacent and started to relapse for almost 3 years now. I tried to do nofap for all those 3 years and i kept relapsing in the 7-8th day. But now i gathered myself and im on day 34 and going strong with just passing through flatline. Feeling very good now but i was messed up for more then 10 days. Im married so i do have sex and sex getting so soo much better. This time its a lifetime change and lifestyle change. No more porn
ОтветитьDay 2 here...wish me luck
ОтветитьCold showers are EXTREMELY helpful guys.
Think about it, a good shower cleanses your soul and gives you dopamine that your brain crave, so you do it the hard way not the free easy way (hot showers).
Day 5 and I'm feeling good for two days in a row.
Do smoking weed everyday have the same results as fap ?
ОтветитьDay 1 never give up goat
ОтветитьIt is, I wish someone told me this sooner, also someone to discuss and help each other not relapse
Duck! Society wants you to be a loser basically, it's crazy!
On my day 26 I've not seen changes yet but I'll keep going
ОтветитьThis has got to shock a few people into taking action.
ОтветитьMy name is John
Ответитьfinally trying more than 1 year, completed 90 days
ОтветитьAnother good informative video.
ОтветитьDay 17,wish me luck😺
ОтветитьPreach on, brother!
ОтветитьOn day 24 😄
ОтветитьThis makes sense or more levels that one can obtain from simply watching this video, and starting this challenge. Think of all of the places you get constant dopamine hits from. It's almost like our society is now designed to reduce the motivation and drive of the majority of people in order to create a drone human race of worker bees.
First we had books... A slow release of dopamine hits that stretch out over a long period of time (good right? I think so)
Next we got into movies and TV... Here the dopamine hits became more frequent and consistent (working our way into the danger zone, though not bad enough to drive the vast majority into a routine that will remove all motivation)
Now we find ourselves in the age of constant screen time. Video games, mobile devices, movies, TV, social media, quick access to any and all fetishes to FAP to (sometimes several times a day for some people). These are all sources of dopamine hits that so many people spend almost every minute of their free time doing.
If we are to expand the logic of this video to every aspect of our lives, we will find that most of us spend far too much of our time in search of artificial happiness, which is causing us to believe we need more and more of the artificial to be happy.
Ideas like these have helped me to uncover what I believe to be a massive scheme to demotivate the majority of the population to succeed in life. It is creating generations of people who are basically slaves. We go to work our meaningless jobs, then spend all of our money paying the monthly bills required, not only to live, but also to feed our addictions to the constant dopamine hits.
I suggest that not only do people take on the NOFAP challenge, but also take on the technology break challenge. Start with a single day of not looking at your phone or computer, don't turn on your TV, avoid all sources of artificial dopamine for 24 hours. Try to busy yourself with all of those things you've been procrastinating. You will be surprised with how much you accomplish once you get passed the withdrawal phase. If you do this monthly for a little while, move to weekly, then bump it up to the entire weekend, and so on. Eventually, you will find yourself able to limit your sources of artificial happiness to however often you like (an hour a day, an hour a week, maybe even less for some people).
Once you have successfully limited your artificial happiness, you will find that you can better your life in several ways:
You will be more mentally healthy. As your brain rebuilds itself you will begin to find yourself being happy with the smaller things in life.
You will be more physically healthy. As you shift your daily activities away from the screen, you will get up and move around more. You might even find yourself craving healthier foods, and we all know what healthier eating and exercise does for the body... That's right, you'll find your body beginning to shift into a much healthier you. Depending on where you start, you'll experience some or all of the following: weight loss (or gain appropriately), greater energy levels, aches and pains will fade (in most cases, not all), less nausea, less anxiety, less depression, greater mental clarity, improved communication, better relationships with friends, family and significant others, greater financial health (since you can reduce your monthly technology bills to fit your new lifestyle), the list goes on.
Even knowing all of these things, I still struggle with my own technological addictions. However, if I can beat the pharmaceutical addiction, I know I can beat the technological addiction, and I can certainly beat the FAP addiction. And you can too.
I'm on board. Bring on the fight.
Thanks for very nice explanation
