How to Spend 5 Days in MAUI Hawaii | The Perfect Itinerary

Hey everyone, let's make sure our travels are always respectful and kind! As we explore the beauty of Maui or any other place - remember that it is up to us to leave these places in a better state than when we arrived. Let's show some aloha by making positive footprints wherever we go.

While it's nice for such places to exist (in the mind at least), speaking as someone who lived there for a short time, this is NOT what it is really like. If you are determined to have a short, great time and have money to make it happen, you can approach this, but you could do the same thing anywhere else . The only thing Maui and HI in general has that's special is the air and water temperature. That's nice, but it only goes so far. So, don't, like me, watch all the fabulous videos about exotic places (like Maui) and then go there expecting that's what you're going to find. It just ain't so.

Love Maui but 10 days a couple years ago was a bit much. Honolulu is also nice but not as beautiful as Maui.
