Salesforce Lightning-4 (How to Create Aura Components in the Developer Console? )
Steps to create Aura Components
Open the Developer Console.
Select Developer Console from the User Profile or the Quick access menu (Setup).
Open the New Lightning Bundle panel for an Aura component.
Select File | New | Lightning Component.
Name the component.

For example, enter MyComponent in the Name field.
