Request the Govt to also do one more thing- there are lakhs of landlords in India , they are fighing court cases to get their flat/house vacated from the tenants... Please help those landlords.. as they also have to bear the lawyer expenses and unnecesary struggle goes on for years.. Please do something.. Jai Hind..!!

Yeah, there must be serious reforms in the judiciary but but I am against the fact that Govt should be a part of Judiciary. No this will only undermine the structure of Indian Democracy. Debates should happen between judges, lawyers, think tanks, govt. etc. to bring out best reform.

Lots of Lawyers are running their livelihood by keeping the cases open forever. Many times cases are inherited from father to son and so on. How are you going to reform the judiciary? It will be very uphill task for sure.

In the Constitution of Bharat borrowed or inherited from the colonial times major changes must be made. Changes in Judiciary would only happen thereafter. It is for sure all the changes for the betterment of the nation and the world would happen within the coming years and decades because Bharat while pursuing her ideology of "Vasudhev Kutumbakam (World/Cosmos is one home)" and "Sarvey bhavantu sukhina, Sarvay santu niramaya....", etc. would be leading the world to peace, happiness, health, and prosperity for all.
