For anyone running windows 11, if your wallpaper is not changing, try the hotkey Windows+Alt+B. This will either enable or disable HDR. It should work after that! :) Hope this helps!

When I select a wallpaper it installs but when i shut off my computer or restart it the wall paper goes away and goes to the old one i had, and I have to go back in wall paper engine then it automatically goes to the wall paper I selected, Does anyone know how to fix this ?.
