For people who have a low end pc, Just use Screen Space Global Illumination Add-on or add A big Indirect lighting Probe from Shift+A Lighting Probe
Then Bake the the lighting in properties menu,
Or if you have a good PC just switch to cycles lol
Eevee SSGI adds Screen Space Reflections and Global Illumination, which is basically RTX. So it is like you are adding RTX to low graphics to make it look somewhat good 🙂
