Im a Master Seraphine mid full ap with dark harvest OTP and this build is still so op because it doesnt matter if you dont stack dark harvest in early. With scaling she'll deal a lot of damage in mid game. However, Seraphine needs a buff.
I also think this build is better in high elo because your allies trust on you much more than in low elo
