Pass Information Between Pages in WordPress Using URL Parameters

This is very helpful, thank you. If I wanted to populate one of the text entry fields (e.g., Name; Company Name), what would the final URL structure look like to accomplish this? For example, using /?Name=test doesn't seem to populate the name field with "test". Thanks!
