Imo I don’t think the war comment was funny. Natasha was Russian, her parents would have grown up in the Soviet Union, which was one of the most centralized regimes in the world. A country without any democracy at all (although there still isn’t) that went through many wars, and she was right to tell Brittany it isn’t the end of the world that she didn’t get to the challenge on time.

I remember the episode with that moving catwalk and thinking, "are they TRYING to hurt these people? " Seriously, it was like the producers wanted to have broken/sprained ankles just to see some reactions. Really, looking back this show was horrific.

I literally remember watching Shandi tell Eric she cheated on him when I was a child and it ruined me. My little sister and i sat there and sobbed and talked about how pathetic she is for doing that to him:(
