First of all why would you want to increase your semen volume? I had the understanding that no matter if your semen volume was 1/2 tsp or a whole TBL it still contained the same amount of sperm. If increasing your semen volume increased your sperm count I could see the significance of that but if the sperm count is the same no matter the semen volume then what difference does it make?
