“I’ve always put my health as a priority in life.

The gym is my playground, it’s here I find my peace.

But it’s world mental health week,
And my attention goes to my mind.

I want to promote a life that doesn’t just look good on the outside, but feels good on the inside too.

It has always been my passion to show people the mental benefits, that exercise has on us all. When we sweat, when our muscles are burning, and when those feel good hormones are pumping through our blood, it feels good.

It’s through my #CrockFit philosophy that I help people create a healthy body, and a healthy mind.
