As instructed in your video, I'm sure I will be able to launch my EC2 instance with Free tier eligibility. However, I'm a little worried about Amazon charging my credit card. How to make sure that amazon doesn't charge my credit card for this EC2 instance?

What I do when I exceed the mysql database limit whicxh is mot set at 1Gb ?can I scale that up in AWS lightsail ? Does this AWS vm has ddos protection?
And least what about these 1 million writings/ reads limits - what is this?
