Great real horror movie. I looked for hrs. last night, but they were all, slow, unnecessarily complicated. not even scary at all. This is the read deal.

Nossa eu achei que o Bat era uma pessoa e no final era outra! Não suspeitava haha...filme muito bom. Segundo filme estrelando Vincent Price que eu assisto.

This movie has some entertainment value and I'm a VP fan, for sure. But, this is not one of VP's best. The production values are not typical of so many of Price's most memorable movies. It looks as if it was filmed in a TV studio using TV cameras and film instead of the higher quality movie cameras, film
& sets. And that cardboard looking picture of the mansion...pretty bad. And then the plot is so overly simplistic & not very believable and I haven't even gotten that far into it. Like when they show Price's character and the bank mgr at the cabin. The bank manager just blurts out that he embezzled the missing funds from the bank, as if he had just said he's gotta meet his daughter for lunch. Oh well, I'll skip this one. There are many other great VP movies, but not this one. But I'm glad it's enjoyable for so many others...just not for me.

Good movie. Vincent Price and Agnes Moorehead were both good and restrained, letting the story unravel on its own.
