I wouldnt trust the guy personally. He is coming up with new excuses all the time. He is doing what stablefund did.

This guy is extremely stressful to deal with. He makes investing an awful experience for everybody. Honestly, I see why he gets threats. He literally deserves it. The guy is playing around with peoples money.

He doesn't have any money locked on exchanges to use as collateral. This man is a pathological liar. Loans just give him something else to use as a excuse.

So he was lying about there only being 1000 refunds left to go too. This man is clearly a serial liar. No loans will ever happen and Manny knows it, just something else to give him another excuse

Manny is doing between 150--200 refunds a day. Do the math
