I love these, I modify one of those 5 shot nylon shotgun shell sleeves by taking the loops off with a pair of scissors, then I hot glue a pouch, usually a medical pouch on it and then put in an altoid tin kit so it's on the gun, takes up almost no space and as long as it's on the rifle or shotgun, I won't lose it. These are great.

Make another version you need food and a bag and water filter the bag is for water. My honest opinion

you can wear para-cord belts and bracelets so you dont have to have that in there and you can add more stuff and you can scrape the paint and stuff off the bottom to make it shiny so it can be used as a signaling mirror you could also make a para-cord grenade and just clip it on your pants like keys and have that on hand too

KGB Survivalist  If I wanted more space, I'd drill 2 small holes in the top, put the ends of the rubber band through the top and tie, and place all your antibiotic stuff in a small peice of plastic and roll it up and put it under the rubber band. then you have more room in the container and your rubber band has more use in the kit.

A pack of Dental Floss maybe. You can use it the way you use the inside of the para cord without destroying the para cord.

I put two wraps of electrical tape around the edge to water proof it.

 If you magnetize the straight needle using a bar magnet you can use it as a compass and double its use without taking up unnecessary space with the button compass.

Just as a joke once to show some kids that you can fish with anything, i found a rusty hook and a few different strands of fishing line and i rigged it all up and put a worm on the hook and i dropped it in the water and like 3 minutes later i pulled out a small yellow fin perch, and I was really surprised

You should put some aluminum foil into and a plastik pag to transport water and cook it!!

 rubber band could be a brighter color like orange /yellow ..... so if u have see it in low light  or under water

This may sound weird but a non lubricated condom as a large one can store 6 litres of water its also very strong and can be used for a catapult true fact

You could add in some painkillers or antibiotic tablets just in case. Oh, and a piece of filter paper for water.

Use a ranger band instead if a tuber band and add water purification tablets
