Sir on the day of exam should we carry passport size photo, is it necessary , if it is necessary which photo should be carrying sir either the photo with name and date or the normal?

Sir I have changed my name in the gazette of tamilnadu after my higher secondary education but in. Upsc application/admit card the old name as per 10th certificate appears,I contacted upsc through e-mail no information so far what can be done??. Thankyou...
