I need to use fastboot rom or recovery rom ?

Sir I have a Moto G60 which is flash locked and developer mode is toggled off due to which flashing can't be done but still when i connect the device with the pc the device is connected as a Qualcomm device and not Moto G60....Technicians advised to get a motherboard replacement so could the method explained by you in the video help my device too? It bootloader unlock or lock tell bro u r doing that things actually my Bootloader is lock and didn't on developer options it off position i just updated into old version. Like rename method in setting. I downloaded new version and old version i just selected new version and new name copy kardhiya old version rename karke paste diya. It finished install but last may if shown😢the system has been destroyed😢😢😢 what to do broo pls solve karo bhai
