Ever since Dennis had his kidney issue few years back, he has lost a tremendous amount of weight , muscle size, and, strength. Even though he is back in training and regained some muscle, he is no where near as strong as he once was and it could take another 1 to 2 years to get this strength back as well as muscle. Yes Devon is also stronger than ever bit Dennis would of gave him a run for his money if back the way he was before

It's not all about strength. Devon is not weak but he clearly uses his whole upper body to but much more weight. While Denis is still using his real armpower and even needs a lot of effort from Devon to get his arm on the ground. Devon is the better armwrestler using all techniques but i think Denis is stronger
