Ответитьi’ve been working out for three years, and i can barely do this workout. you need breaks in between different exercises so you can think about what muscles you’re gonna work, and also to catch your breathe 😮💨

ОтветитьWow! I came here after Caroline Girvan's Fuel day 12 and Daisy Keech bubble butt workouts and this one is so much tougher! Although it seems like just what I need because of my sides on stomach which do not want to dissapear! No matter that I hate plank I will try to conquer it for the next month at least three times a week!

ОтветитьAll this time I thought I sucked at doing side planks, until I decided to wear shoes, DON’T DO THEM WITH SOCKS Y’ALL (Tbh Im still dying even when I have shoes on but at least I can do the move lol)

ОтветитьActually evn if their i no break to build intensity its fine but just 5s before nxt move if you could display the nxt move on to the screen somewhere, it would be really helpful..love the workouts though🤍
