Honestly one of the only locations of the game I really honestly liked
And you go there like...twice..for like a combined 10 ish minutes.
I like the OG version WAAAAY better but I do prefer the flute
ОтветитьSounds like a Neptunes beat lol
ОтветитьMakes me want to yell "Hey Buckethead" at the top of my voice
ОтветитьI like this version so much more than the original
ОтветитьOriginal (OST version, not the lower quality PS1 version) has better overall range of dynamics, Zodiac Age one feels more balanced dynamics range which sounds pleasant, but not as grand as the original.
ОтветитьA little Spyro the dragon in there
ОтветитьIs that an oboe? Its really nice.
ОтветитьI much prefer this version, the original sounds way too much "weird" to me, the melody here keeps me dancing and clapping too hahaha
ОтветитьLove the clapping
Ответитьno clapping :(
Ответитьthis sounds so much like star wars!
ОтветитьOverall i prefer this version. the difference in melody i don't really care about, but when it comes to audio balance this version is stronger.
ОтветитьThe single octave is indeed what tainted this track a bit for me. I like the original just a little more for that reason.
On another note. This is what I like. A player that just casually walks and speaks with the NPC, able to fully immerse themself in the atmosphere, and enjoy it for what it is. Not many players actually do that, but the ones that do enjoy the game for all it has to offer rather than just playing to get everything. That's what Final Fantasy is about in my opinion; walking and exploring everything.
Much better than orig
ОтветитьHonestly, that single octave change in the flute harmony from the original just TOTALLY ruins it for me. The only remaster track I don't prefer to the original.
ОтветитьI've played ff12 on ps2 for about only 10 hours, but when i first saw lowtown i loved it.
ОтветитьListen to this while I study
ОтветитьI dunno if i watched to listen the song or see this guy walking with vaan talking to everyone lol
We need more Ivalice FF
I like zodiac one better the rhythm is so crisp and engaging. It really brings everthing out and shouts “hey listen to me!”
And fun to see which instrument the spotlight
I never paid attention to this in original. Upper rabanestra was my shit back then.
But yea this so far one that i really like
The Part with the strings is ear sex
Ответитьgonna say prefer the orignal.....i grew up with ffx and ff12 the remasters just changed some of the great tunes into meh ones.....dont fix what aint broke
ОтветитьMaybe another reference to John Williams' Star Wars Episode I score? (Desert Winds) I kinda like it.
Ответитьwhat happened to the flutes? That kinda ruined the remastered track a little
ОтветитьOne of my favorites in the original! This is pretty faithful to it, but the flutes(?) were jarring at first. Definitely some subtle differences there
Ответитьprefer the original
