How to Enable SMTP Authentication in Microsoft 365 | Enable SMTP Submission in Office 365

cmd1 - Get-TransportConfig | Format-List SmtpClientAuthenticationDisabled
cmd2 - Set-TransportConfig -SmtpClientAuthenticationDisabled $false

In windows powershell, mine is not C:\Windows\system32, it's PS C:\Users\(MyUserName), can you help, please?

Does this method works for any external user that connects to a tenant using its clientid and secretid to obtain the access token? will he be eligable for an Smtp successful authentication?
