Section 29(2)(d)-person voluntarily registered u/s 25(3) has not commenced business within six months from
the date of registration.

Should i submit online retailer like Amazon, Flipkart saler profile screenshot or something else.

सर् जी हम पिछले चार साल से nil return फ़ाइल कर रहे है । हमारा कोई सेल परचेस नही था । हम सिर्फ सर्विस देते थे और टैक्स डिपॉजिट कर देते थे । कभी भी कोई ITC नही था तो लिया भी लिया । हमने मई 2023 में GST cancel के लिए पोर्टल से एप्पलीकेशन फ़ाइल करी थी, 8 जून 2023 को SCN इशू किया उसमें 26AS, बैंक स्टेटमेन्ट, परचेस की डिटेल्स आदि चीज़े मांगी गई ।। मैं तो पिछले तीन साल से विदेश में हु और मैंने इंडिया में कोई transactions भी नही किया । मैन बस 2018-19 में saving एकाउंट पे पेमेन्ट लिया था उसका जीएसटी भी डिपाजिट कर दिया था । आज हमने पोर्टल खोला तो उसमें SCN का जबाब देने की डेट 19 जून 2023 जो निकल चुका है इसलिए अब पोर्टल पर रिप्लाई फ़ाइल नही हो रहा है । हमको क्या करना होंगा । प्लीज रिप्लाई ।।

Sir, I haven't filled last 6 months GST . So they issued suo moto cancellation and I got show cause notice. I need to close my gstin account totally . I have filed nil return before 6 months and I didn't do business. Now, should I need to file the pending GST or they will automatically cancel my GST ?

Mene 6 month se jyada time se gst file nhi ki hai mje show cause notice aaya hai or mje gst ko cancel krana hai to wo kaise hoyga uspr jo penalty hai wo dena hoga ya cancel without penalty ke hojayega.

I have applied online for revocation of gst registration. On verification of application, Assistant Commissioner has found that application is in order and accordingly delay in filing is condoned and the application is forwarded to the jurisdiction authority for further necessary action on 04/10/22. Jurisdiction Officer has also approved the same. Till date cancellation is not been revoked.
On contacting with Assistant Commissioner and Jurisdiction Officer, they said there is no pending Ticket on their desk. Kindly help as I am totally harassed by visiting the GST office
