Retinols help with skin turnover. That’s it, end of story. Fine lines. I’m so tired of the claims. This stuff has been around years. I’m in my late 40s and I’ve used since I was 14. I still have the same larger aging issues as my sister has who hasn’t used it. It is a literal exfoliator.

I did a thread lift under my chin… it lifted the skin. I was very happy.

I’m 25 and my skin is already starting to crepe on my face. My grandmother “had a face like a roadmap.” in my mid 20s I’m already well into my wrinkling. And I do aim to deter the inevitable but, I may just have to embrace what’s happening. Sigh

Hi there, is Ultherapy okay to use on the full face ? I had Utherapy 3 months ago and am suddenly seeing more SAGGY skin on my face. My nasolabial folds are more pronounced, my jawline is LESS defined and looks like it's starting to create jowls, and there's noticeably less fat above my eyebrows to wear my muscles always show through my skin. I am very heartbroken over this and am worried my skin will continue to get worse because Ultherapy results can take 6 months to see full results. Retinol is great for fine lines, pigmentation issues and of course for acne. This may surprise but Retinol was tested in very large clinical studies (for FDA approval) and was shown NOT to improve "laxity." Laxity is just another word for weak, saggy skin.
