I think 150 words in 60 seconds it’s already fast. Has to be maximum 70 words for people to understand clearly what you talking about using pauses.

Figuring out which part doesn't make sense. Here's my guess:

If your introduction is more than 150 words, you'll start to speak a little fast in order to meet the 60sec mark. However, speaking a little slower than that, you might not reach the 60sec mark. If you speak slower, it should take more time to complete what needs to be said
