How to handle DevOps interview questions when you have not worked on the DevOps tool

I possess 10 years of IT support experience and 6 months as a DevOps engineer, yet my experience letter states 3 years. Mentioning 1 year of DevOps experience leads to rejections, while 3 years attracts interviews, but I haven't secured a position after attending 500 interviews. Seeking advice on my next steps.

Since I am not currently using DevOps tools in my current role, I would like to know if I should be looking for DevOps positions that require 3 years of experience or 1 year of experience ?
