ОтветитьI always try to do a workout after dinner, around 7:00 pm. I've found I sleep better and generally feel better if I do one in the morning then again later. Thank you for this workout! It's the perfect after dinner workout for me!!

ОтветитьI love the incorporation of the arm exercises...necessary evil. Even though it is cold in NJ, have to start working on the "bat wings," in preparation for tank top weather. It sneaks up on you. Also, during the jogging intervals I added a grapevine or travelling front to back. So easy to modify depending on how you are feeling that day. Thanks! Keep them coming!

ОтветитьWOWZER!!! Awesome! I got nearly 6000 steps during my morning walkabout, I took the stairs instead of an elevator at an appointment this morning, and now about 3500 steps with this one...and I think I've done 10,000 steps today!!!! WAY-HOO!!! Love 'em, Jules...keep us crankin' along!

ОтветитьIcy here, too, so immense gratitude for being able to stay in to keep fit. Just right for a post-strength-training day yesterday: lots of movement with invigorating music! Thank you for your reminders to FOCUS on abs during knee lifts and triceps during arm push backs. Appreciate the straight leg kick backs for glutes. Enjoyed the "doubles" you incorporated (knee lifts, kick backs, and the jumping jacks with double arms up then across) -- made the thirty seconds seem half as long, ha ha.

ОтветитьNot going to lie was totally lacking motivation the last few days. Between nursing a uni and dealing with a bereavement my get up and go got up and went. However I got off my backside and feel so much better for it. Not sure if it was the music or the beat but once I started I felt so much better. The power of exercise. Thanks Jules.
