Being generous, maybe it was supposed to be that Kiriko grew up with them like much older brothers? Otherwise Kiriko fell into one of those cryo pods like Mei and just thawed out.

How you made their voices sound so natural?

Did SFM update their shaders or do most people just not do the effort to make SFM look good?

Hanzo was 19 and genji was 16 if kiriko was born then add 5 years later hanzo is 24 ant the time and genji was 21 at the time when kiriko was 5 till their current age

In the sci-fi world of Overwatch, Kiriko is the only character whose abilities are based on pure 🎩🪄MAGIC🪄🎩. You could say that it's the "magic" of solid, consistent writing. So this absurdity regarding her age shouldn't be surprising.

Blizzard will probably use this to explain the plot holes.
