How to Get Customer Locations for Order Delivery? (Woocommerce Checkout Map)

Hello thank you for your video. I am shipping from 38 locations in US. How can I have a flat rate on all locations as well as cost per mile?

Is that possible to use when we deliver it to only one city wat if customer place an order from different city for example we only deliver in Mumbai but if customer orders from Delhi would it show we can't deliver to that place is that possible pls help me out on this?

- It's posible to define region using a file (kml, shp) instead drawing it? I have a large number of areas that I would like to define and it would take me a long time to draw them.
- Is there a limit to the number of regions?
- And finally, my site is a bit slow, does the plugin require a speedy site to work properly?
