How to Read WhatsApp Backup from Google Drive on PC?

I have changed my phone numbr also device and country, so now i don't have my sim and old phone but i login my google account into my new phone there is anyway to restore that into my new WhatsApp account.

I uninstalled WP and it asked if I want to keep the x GB data... should I select yes or no?

Yes this is only helpful if I actually had my phone, But it's been STOLEN. Didn't say anything about reading the Backups If I actually don't have my phone. You have 1.1k dislike, And 180 Likes. Showing that this video was not helpful that all, So next time please title your video properly because a lot of people Have actually disliked your video more than likes.

Can I restore the old whatsapp backup into another phone which is saved in google drive

My problem is that, everytime I uninstall my whatsapp, the reinstallation is almost automatic - the app never asks my number or any data and so, it doesn't ask for a restoration data process. So I end up with the exact same whatsapp.

I used the "Transfer Chat" function to transfer the WA chats from the old to the new phone. The problem is that all of my starred messages ( photos/videos) are in the new phone, but they are not visible. They have a download arrow on top of them, but when I click on the download, it fails. All of the photos are still on my new phone but just not displaying/playing in WA starred messages.

I have backed up WhatsApp's chats on june every time I Uninstall WhatsApp when I reinstall the backup restore normal
But
Later this month I Uninstall WhatsApp n reinstall it aging no backup restore option found even if I entered to the app said to me no backup found no this email
Btw it's the same number n email

Can you do this with out the original phone and sim ie changed phone and number is the a 2 stage in if no text received a email can be used ?

I was hoping this would work. But unfortunately my Gdrive backup got corrupted and also doesn't show in this program. I think this is because I might have factory reset the phone WHILE it was actually not finished updating the backup on Gdrive. Unfortunate. I think I lost 12+ years of chat data. I'd like to try and see if it can find any backup via the Restore Delete Whatsapp messages, but I cannot see if it actually finds any intact data so I'm a bit hesitant to shell out 40 USD.
