We need more lessons and obvious sketches like that ❤😮
Much appreciation for this illuminating guidance..it all starts right here..

ОтветитьWhat pencil do you use and what is its grade?
Ответить.
Ответитьskills like these create a foundation that each artists can build upon
ОтветитьBro I am learning this so I can tell my nursery students 🙂 sloping line stright line line and lin 😂I loved the content wow
ОтветитьOmg ty u so much bc of you my drawing as improved for years i was wondering why my lines were so off now ik thank you
ОтветитьExcellent, thank you!
ОтветитьMade drawing so much easier
ОтветитьThe airplane landing trick helps so much. My lines are going straighter instead of shaking like they did before!
ОтветитьSo simple and I never even thought about it. Thank you so much for this.
ОтветитьAll of these basic videos like these are always full of bs, they don't actually get very specific, they tend to just go "hey just watch me just to it like this"
You on the other hand actually show what you do and EXPLAIN WHATS HAPPENING. This is EXACTLY what I needed, you just doubled my sketching quality with this one video because I have been doing it wrong.
Whats funny is the way you do it, which is the right way that professionals do. It is more like painting, than it is writing and that hit me; a lot of high quality sketches are like paintings with that amount of shading and quality. Too many people including myself who get into sketching think its more closer to writing letters as lines, than it is painting lines on a paper.
This new thought pattern recognition is making me realize I have been doing it so, so , so utterly wrong.....
I drew my lines like that naturally but hearing your explanation helped me polish my lines up a bit and do better. Thanks so much.
ОтветитьI always drawing everyday a lot but my hand not still improve, i mean my hand not stable while lining sometimes shaking
Ответитьholy shit this works.
Ответитьwe are not 3 year olds... BRO WAKE UP WHOEVER WATCHES THIS WE ARE NOT STUPIT!!
ОтветитьI think there's a big difference here between chicken scratch and this technique. This is quite deliberate; chicken scratch is a lot more aimless and sloppy. I think trying to draw as much of a continuous line as one can is best practice, but sometimes there are just lines that are too long or cumbersome to do continually, without being super-human, using a ruler, etc. This is a great technique when applied judiciously.
ОтветитьMy biggest take away from this is 'To give your lines purpose' this seems simple, but was a massive realization with me. I hope to make a more conscious effort. Thanks for the advice!
ОтветитьWow now I know how to draw line
ОтветитьAnd I thought I was good at drawing straight lines!
ОтветитьIt's truly freehand sketching...! Thank you
Ответить🎉
ОтветитьThis is easy to understand and practical. Thank you!
ОтветитьI came here to draw a ugly line....
ОтветитьThe easiest way is by using the overhand grip and using your elbow and shoulder instead of your wrist, as it gives you way more motion range.
ОтветитьYeah, lines are important
ОтветитьDude the speed you draw stuff is insane . Arnold’s arm looked like a arm before you made it one!
ОтветитьThank you so much.
As an old guy in his 70's, I am just starting to learn drawing. Your videos are most helpful, and I really appreciate the fact that you do not have any irritating music in the background.
Many thanks again and I wish you much luck and continuous success.
Those lines are more precise than my bills arriving at mailbox
ОтветитьU save my life
ОтветитьNoice
ОтветитьThis guy made muscles in less than 1 second 😱😱😱
ОтветитьWhen I searched how to make a line this isn’t what I wanted
ОтветитьPov:you search up how to draw neatly but when you saw this you thought on how you cannot draw straight lines
Ответитьसच
ОтветитьOMG this was Soooooo helpful!
ОтветитьYou suck at drawing.
ОтветитьThank you very much, good sir! Please could I ask you, I know bottom-left to upper-right lines (I'm a lefty so the mirror for me) either away or toward the hand are the most ergonomic, but how do you approach lines going the other way--bottom right to upper left for you? I started working on an easel so cannot rotate the page, and for lines this way I can only think of three approaches (1. from underneath with severe ulnar deviation and the upper arm bumping in to the body, 2. with the pencil parallel to the line, which I don't know if anyone's ever gotten good at, or 3. reaching all the way up and over, a major strain)--none of these lead to accuracy or quality:(
ОтветитьThis was really helpful. Thank you for this <3
Ответить:( i used to draw really good but that was a long time ago and now my hands starts shaking when i hold the pencil and every single line i draw its just my hands vibration
ОтветитьI’m very late to comment on this video, but dang, you’re so inspiring. I never thought I was going to be able to draw again, but your tutorials are simple, easy to follow, and they just make drawing a lot more fun and easy. Good job mate!
ОтветитьDo you use your wrist while doing this exercise or do you use your arm?
ОтветитьI could not draw that hand without using eraser😂
ОтветитьI’m left handed and it’s been months I can’t still do it can someone tell me how to do it with my left hand?????
ОтветитьEven a ruler helps.
Ответить421th comment lets fucking GO
ОтветитьDose anyone else find this satisfying or is it just me ? :o
Ответитьthis sh1t is clickbait
