The best!
ОтветитьThank you, this was very educative! Love it❤
ОтветитьAlright then! Time to buy a ticket to see Ben at Zurich Openair on Thursday 24.08.2023 in just over two weeks!!
Oh, yeah, Calvin Harris is playing on the other stage at the same time. 🤮🤣
This was class - more of these guys please X
ОтветитьI really like the idea with the drumloops. Simple but powerful, i might steal this idea 😂
Ответить2 Questions, if somebody is able to help:
a) Do the Scenes change automatically via the follow scene (or do you trigger the next scene with a button?
b) How come the "dum loop group" keeps playing, eventhough they are not part of every scene? (I can only see them in the First row..)
Thanks for the insightful Video!
<3
Thanks for sharing, really helpful.
Ответитьhi, this changes it big time for me as i used looper before, my question if you don't mind, i work live i don't compose so i don't want the clic track except in my ear monitor.
ОтветитьThis is revelatory !🎧
Thanknyou 4 this presentation Ben!
Vital 2 artists
in electronic engineering 🎧
i enjoyed the live set so much !!!!!
ОтветитьDef some deadmou5 influence. Anyone know what his analog synth is?
Ответитьs minilogue used as a midi controller??? he's not connected to audio cables!!!!
ОтветитьAnyone else falling asleep watching this ....
Ответитьhey starkes Video
kannst du mir sagen wie du bei einer live Performance zum nächsten set (in abelton) wechselts oder machst du einen 2 stunden Aufritt mit einem live set
never seen someone create such a deep, emotional atmosphere so quickly
Ответитьmy inspiration , i will not rest untill i share a stage with this ledgend
ОтветитьI love your musik.
THKS
Magnifico!
ОтветитьWow! Great stuff!
ОтветитьPeople who understand music will 100% appreciate the musical mastery of how Ben's soundtracks are brought to life. For those who think this is boring or see this as mediocre, y'all are some basic ass mfs lmao.
ОтветитьCan't believe I got to be backstage with this guy during ADE. Fucking surreal views and music. Best night of my life so far. Didn't talk to him though because I was shy and didn't want to be another gushy fan, but that night still inspired me to make music again!!
ОтветитьLove the groove and mixes. Great job keep it up
ОтветитьLegend bro,Hello from Azerbaijan
ОтветитьMaravilloso 😍
ОтветитьThis is awesome. I learn something about the setup from this video.
Ответитьwhat a g really out here making beats feel liveee. not a lot of producers know how to make electronic music really feel unique every time it is played
🐸
The MIDI track for Follow is not clear & same for the follow action for scenes. Can you clarify how or link to a clearer step by step explanation?
ОтветитьHello. Do you get samples too with the Project he uses to play live? Thanks 🙏
ОтветитьAs an amateur producer working with Ableton, this is so helpful. Thank you!
ОтветитьHow is Ben stepping through the grid in this set up? Is he still using a mouse etc?
ОтветитьThis was great but would have served the audience better with pip overlaying what was going on with ableton.
ОтветитьPlease stop smoking- the world needs you for as long as possible!
ОтветитьBeginner question here, how does Ben set the volume of each track such that he can just max out the faders when he brings in parts maintaining an accurate mix? The only thing I can think of is mixing everything ahead of time using utility plugins on each channel to manipulate the gain of each track. Is there an easier/better way of doing this?
ОтветитьGenius [x]. Legend [x]. This is the best, most informative, most truthful, most German, explanation of electronic music production I have ever seen.
Ответитьfinally found thanks to the author
ОтветитьIt's working thanks my friend
Ответитьpero que hermoso que sos pendejo!
ОтветитьThe tempo always stays the same?
ОтветитьWorked, thx
Ответитьthanks so much man
Ответитьyo bro, really thankya. Big respect
ОтветитьHey I’m trying to switch from djing on turntables to Ableton. How exactly do you transition to another song in this way if you only have one song loaded in Ableton live?
ОтветитьWhat is this xone mixer exactly?
ОтветитьNow why didn't I think of using my Wavestate as a midi controller for a soft synth in Ableton? Ben is right, all the knobs are there! Just takes some time setting up the mappings, but that's pretty much just one time and maybe some adjusting.
ОтветитьBrilliant
ОтветитьI don't see how the audience benefits from him doing these convoluted things. Of course it's cool, and it requires a lot of skills. However, when you're in the crowd, you're not going to notice the difference between him simply mixing 2 songs the standard way, or him doing it in his convoluted way. Seems like a waste of time and energy.
ОтветитьWhat audio interface is he using?
Ответитьmagic
