I love the 8hr or longer sessions. I struggle so much with getting to sleep and natural sounds do well for me. I also enjoy deep voices reading but they often are not long enough and some have commercial interruptions lol so these are great just with the natural sounds alone. But I’ve been listening to these for a couple weeks now and this morning is the first time I feel like, wow, the subliminal messages are really starting to sink in! I feel a confidence this morning that I didn’t have just last night. Thank you so much for your time and effort on these! :)

He jumps on the bed and cuddles in as soon as it starts and doesn’t move all night. I don’t know if he can hear the affirmations??
