Ответитьdude stretching exercises and shiydf combine really work! While using Shiydf to increase height I also did stretching exercises and 2 inches in 2 damn months !! that was an explosive duo💣

ОтветитьIt is September of 2022, and I saw this for the first time. I’m an aerialist and we know the importance of stretching! I plan on doing your routine every week (along with everything else I do.) My body feels great after doing this routine. Also, I think it’s important to warm up before this routine. I accomplished that with a 10-minute hot shower before doing this routine. ~~ If you happen to see this, do you have a routine for front splits?
ОтветитьHey, i did it for the first time and i was like, ooh im tired, its too long, i prefer 20 min routine . But i finish it and i feel better and my posture was significally better so lets continue doing it 3 times a week . Thanks Tom
