If this turns out truth it, I don´t know what they can do to redeem themselves, just bringing people back and improving their salaries won´t give back confidence on the company´s culture, there would have to be many layoff of people involving themselves in harassment, and the managers and administrators that are allowing it, and at that point the company is at great risk, for both loosing their staff and loosing the trust of the public.

TLDR: a bunch of employees don't like having to work for money so they made up a bunch of stories so they could sue blizzard because they are human garbage.

I’m not surprised a video game company has a 80/20 split. I’m curious as to what the split is among gamers. Imo it’s male dominated, most players are males by enlarge. Only natural that would be the same for the company. Not defending, but a logical reason as to why there’s a split. Like there’s by far more nurses that are female. More females want to be nurses then men. Doesn’t mean they discriminate against men.

Some of this lawsuit was probably true, some of it was bs, in my opinion(as much as i hate to say it) i think activision should win the case, since alot of the lawsuit was made to get more money. I also think its terrible that since some of these claims are legitimate that they wouldnt be taken care of, but i suppose thats what happens when you get greedy.

Why would it be 50/50 men/women in an ideal environment? Wouldn't it not matter in an ideal environment? Plus there's no such thing as men or women.

What if they were affirmative action hires and they deserved less? What if they were just there to check a box and were worth less. Pregnancy does happen to women sometimes.

Talking about human anatomy is definitely bad when you design characters and promote products to young men. And women. But also men and women don't exist.

I think if I remember this correctly from school, when referring to "John doe" in the plural form, you must use the correct use, and refer to them as "doe boys".

Bobby Kotick arguably saved Activision in the early 1990s, and they're in a world of hurt a couple of decades later. Here they are now. They're being sued for their workplace culture, and it's all Kotick's fault. Kotick is bringing Activision Blizzard down the toilet.

It's nothing but some people higher up don't like Microsoft buying Activision. Notice how these allegations are so common and so much common when something promotional happens to a corporation/person. What happened to Andrew Cuomo? The people of U.S are mocked and played by lawyers and politicians.
