In Canada you can turn right on any Red as long as it's clear and you stop 1st.

The cops admit the traffic control device is defective in that it is confusing to motorists because it is not sited properly. This makes it an illegal device. Therefore, any tickets related to it are null and void.

It's a light slanted in the wrong direction which confuses many drivers, so we sit there and get to write a lot of tickets.

LoL as soon as they ran his license the original cop realized who he was. That computer 🖥️ in the car even tells how many police encounters you had. That's why they are always wanting ID cookies to check for warrants and past crimes.

I promise you if the driver of the U-Haul was white within 5 seconds he would have said the words. "Do you know who I am?"

..sooo, cops regularly hang around this particular intersection KNOWING that the signal is poorly (or purposefully incorrectly) installed, so that they can pull people over - THAT's what I understood from this video...
