I was actually horrified to watch an interview with one of the Drs from Botched who was saying that, not only is a BBL the most dangerous plastic surgery but, it's also the most dangerous operation. Something along the lines of there being so many blood vessels in your butt and that, if they hit a vein as they're injecting the fat they've harvested from your body, it's lights out irreversibly. Apparently there's much safer alternatives.
