Super useful - thank you!
ОтветитьI've been looking for a tutorial on how to create curved items. I found a very detailed very advanced demonstration. But then I cam across this. It's so simple. I'm pretty sure I'll be able to fix my model with this. Thank you!
ОтветитьThank you so much. This was exactly the tutorial I needed.
ОтветитьThis doesn’t seem to work for me
ОтветитьExcellent
ОтветитьHi , can you explain if i need to make 2 curves on my sketch like one curve on x axis and other on y axis
ОтветитьThis was so so amazing! I am a new Fusion 360 user and wanted to learn curves quickly, thank you for taking the time to make this video. I will be watching all your videos now.
ОтветитьVery educational, thank you for the video.
ОтветитьWhat if it's warped differently as you get lower, like a face shell where you have curves for the nose, mouth, eyes, but it's not all curved the same from top to bottom?
ОтветитьNice, quick helpful video. Cheers!
ОтветитьThanks!! Helped me alot
ОтветитьI tried doing this but my extruded shape isn't following the curve of the item I choose. What? Why? It just extrudes from the object itself, not the one I chose, even though it shows I have the other one chosen.
Ответитьtag and untag i couldnot get. i am just a begineer. help... please.
ОтветитьIs there a way to make an object, like the heart, extruded on a flat plane. After you have the flat heart, to then make it curve based on a specific radius. I'm trying to draw a Mercedes emblem to print, but the trunk has a slight concavity to it that I need to account for.
Ответитьyou are rock! Very thanks xd
ОтветитьThis was a lot deeper Than I expected. I didn't expect fusion to play around with this guy's heart souch
Ответитьthank you, this was immensely helpful!
ОтветитьWow, thanks for the video, very helpful 👍🏼
Ответитьi used the edges of circles to make the curves
ОтветитьI agree with all the complements. Nicely done.
Fantastic pace to your video. thank you.
thank you!
ОтветитьI keep getting an error when i want to extrude my shape
ОтветитьFantastic help, thanks!
ОтветитьGreat tutorial and really helpful for what I'm trying to do. I have 2 questions, if that's ok. First, when I try to adjust the curve sketch after I've extruded, nothing happens; it won't move at all. Second, what would be the best way to join this to a an existing model, or can I attach a new model to this? Thanks.
Ответить"fail to project profile to remote surface" this seems to be coming.
Ответитьyou have 420 likes. Sorry to spoil but i gotta like it and make it 421 8?)
ОтветитьAwesome technique!
ОтветитьClear and perfect explained, thank's :)
ОтветитьSolved another one for me --thank you
ОтветитьKept expecting you to start singing backstreet boys everytime you said shape of my heart :D
ОтветитьYou rock dude. Thx a lot ;)
ОтветитьThank you i was able to shape my 3d prints as i wanted in 10 minutes with this video
ОтветитьWhoa! There's certainly many, many ways and directions that can be taken with this cool 😎 method. Thanks!
ОтветитьNice video! Thanks! Question though, do you know how I can create 3D curves? The curve you are using here is curved only in 2D. I'm trying to create a 3D curve. Imagine your curve but curved from both the side and front.
Ответитьreally thanks, its just what i need to make the piece that i want, awesome ^_^!!
ОтветитьHI Vladimir, THis is very helpful and well presented. Thanks. Can you explain how to model a plane which is curved in x and y axes? I'm trying to model a panel from an old car which is curved differently in x and y axes. Thanks
Ответитьi cant extrude the heart
ОтветитьGreat, great, great. Thank You!!!!
ОтветитьThis is helpful. It would be more helpful [for me] if it addressed curvature on a second plane and also curvatures that differ along a plane/path. Like, imagine a structure with curvature on both sides, but one side is basically thicker and has a less apparent curve, but the other side is thinner and has a more apparent curve, and these need to meet up nicely in the middle. Also, a lot of people seem to be interested in twists, which I haven't search for nor need. I found a tutorial on making a wood boat design that should cover most of my needs...
ОтветитьThanks a lot for this tutorial. Your instructions are easy to learn.
ОтветитьThanks, maybe usefull for a non flat pickguard
Ответитьthank you fo making this video i found it useful..keep making
ОтветитьExactly what I was looking for, thank you ! Great vid, straight to point.
ОтветитьGreat video Vlad, all your videos are awesome.
ОтветитьThat’s a really great technique. I’ll have to give that a try on a project.
ОтветитьYou are the Best!!!!!You cannot believe how videos and tutorials I went through to arrive here. Thanks so much!! You helped me tremendously!!! Nearly every other curved surface tutorial had be creating the curved surface first and not the object when I thought it should have been the other way around for what I needed to create (btw a curved front grille for a hot rod) and you confirmed what I suspected and taught me how to do it. Thanks again!!!!
ОтветитьExcellent!
ОтветитьThanks for taking the time to make the videos, I know a lot more time and effort goes into them than just the 5 or 6 minutes we get to see!
