Didn't find the json file like in the video so I just typed "settings." in the search bar in the settings option and it was the first thing that showed up.

UPDATE 6/20/2023: They may have changed the layout around. I currently no longer see the "edit in settings.json". Instead, go to Extensions -> JSON -> under json Schemas, there's a link to edit the settings.json
