What an idiot 😂 efficient heat. Wish my 300W heater was putting out 3000w of heat…
ОтветитьThis ac is perfect for a small room it cools fairly quickly takes up a bit of space but not too much highly recommend if you live in one of the hottest rooms in the house like I do
ОтветитьOh it doesn’t actually cool… what a bummer!!!!
ОтветитьIf it's not cooling in any way than it's a glorified fan
Ответитьit does not cool air but let's write COOL in CAPS in the title
ОтветитьHi there just purchased one of these but I can’t get it connected on the app the app is not reading it 😓 one I got is the Dyson HP7A
ОтветитьHi where to buy third party filter?
ОтветитьThank you very much, I've just bought one, thanks for the great review.
Ответитьdoes it actually blow cold air?
ОтветитьOn the heating mode for me, it's just loud no matter what. Changing the speed does nothing. Weird.
Ответить“Feel rest assured” ffs
ОтветитьI purchased the hot cool auto react, looks identical to your one (so I know it’s not the other hot cool version) and mine doesn’t support the app.
ОтветитьBought this and registered it and last night it almost went up in flames, dont recommend this at all, and no support on website, very bummed about this $600 purchase
ОтветитьDyson the worst products for the highend price!
ОтветитьI have a few questions for anyone who has used this device:
Will it heat and purify a living area of 1000 to 1200 square feet?
Will it heat and purify seperate rooms within that square footage? There are small gaps under each bedroom door…will it purify and heat those rooms when the doors are closed?
Is air circulation noticeable?
Typical energy consumption with average settings?
Very helpful review! Thank you!
ОтветитьOne thing not mentioned is that it uses much less electricity than a normal space heater which can trip circuit breakers. Also much safer.
ОтветитьGreat heater... Lousy fan...It should have an additional cooling unit and act as an AC..
ОтветитьThere's not really a more "efficient" way to turn electricity directly into heat. One watt is equal to 3.41BTU/hr and there's no getting around it. You'd have to invest in a heat pump or something of the like, which is not nearly as simple to install or maintain as the resistive heaters in standalone units like this.
ОтветитьDo you think the heating cost would be offset by putting a unit in 1-2 rooms and significantly reducing the heat for the rest of your home?
Ответить"will this keep you cool in Summer" its important to understand that Dyson fans are just FANS they don't have refrigerants in them and cool like an air conditioner. They filter the air and blow it back so don't expect 'cooling' I mean how slow are you people?
ОтветитьHi, thank for the informations! I'm really interested in wattage consume, you showed that in warming mode it consumes 2000 watt but is it always fix at 2000 or it varies between the warming phase (raising temperature up from 16 to 20°C, consuming 2000w) and the mantaining phase (consuming maybe 800w keeping temperature stable at 20°C for hours)? This would have a big impact on running cost.
ОтветитьImportant to note that dB is a logarithmic scale. So 20 dB isn’t double 10 dB. 13 dB is double 10 dB. Therefore 20dB is actually 10x 10dB.
ОтветитьInformative honest review of a typically expensive, aesthetically pleasing well deigned dyson product.
ОтветитьAwesome review. Considering getting 3 of thiese in my home.
ОтветитьThey now put cheaper filter. Before their was a real high quality charcoal filter. Filters are hard to find here in canada. Good heater and air purifier but cool nope it’s just a fan.
