Why isn’t gaming FUN anymore

I always struggle wanting to play ANYTHING anymore. When I sit there thinking of the games I Do wanna play, they don't exist. Mostly because the game I want to play most is a game I want to make but have never been able to.
The number 1 consistent theme in my 10 different game concepts is a ton of rewards. Nowadays it feels like no matter how much you play you just don't feel an equivalent reward for the time. One great example, COD Zombies. I LOVE zombies, but if I'm being honest there's really no reason to play it other than a fabricated desire for easter eggs or lore. Is it too much to ask for exclusive like gun camos that are all animated and cool asf for doing a maps easter egg? Or a super prestigious cosmetic for a playable character? Not just some silly graphic that I can put on my account that essentially amounts to a sticker.

2nd Comment(sorry for double commenting): another thing I have problems with when it comes to games nowadays is that so many games just seem to be pumping out copies... or remakes of an already established IP. My problem isn't really that they exist, but that none of them add any legitimate creative ORIGINAL ideas to them. It's not hard to come up with some. Most of my ideas that I've cone up with are heavily inspired by games that exist but I've added multiple spins and twists that you don't see today. Like an open world survival game that plays like DMC but also plays like monster hunter. With a living island full of enemies and creatures, some of which are so big and dangerous, that you get to hunt them MH style. All while ALSO tying in a Botw type story, with map locations and npcs, and cutscenes. Finally make the whole game on top of a pseudo game dev engine so that the loot, items, furniture, and building blocks are all designed, IN GAME, by the players. When you think of it why tf hasn't this been made yet!?
