Such systematic or religious ritual observed in one’s lifetime is disciplining
the mind and being conscious of his existence as long as he lives.
Hinduism is Amazing!

ОтветитьHi Gita Aunty. I watch your channel regularly.
I want to know my father died 10 years ago. We are only 2 daughters. What option do we have? I understand we cannot do Shraddha. What exactly can we do for our beloved father? Pl shed some light.

ОтветитьReally a good boon to the present generations ,to know about our traditions ,which the Rishies has given as sasthras and to know about our
Ancesters.
Good infm
Its our prime duty and responsibility to offer tharpana to elders parents who r no more existing. Its very much required to be followed as it wl definitely bless our children
Jaya jaya Shankara hara hara shankara
Thanks and regards Geetha ji 🙏💐
Good and polite speech but I would like to say that today's generation don't even do sandya vandanam, leave aside tarpanam. Especially Brahmins generation are not at all interested in any of these rituals, they don't do shraddha, amavasya tarpanam, sandya vandanam nor avani avittam so how can one expect them to perform mahalaya. I would really like to give full marks to Islam who follow their tradition of doing 5times namaz through out the day. Though Brahmins are revered as the highest in caste system but today's Brahmins only bring shame to our old tradition and nothing else. But this shouldn't discourage those who sincerely follow these tradition.
ОтветитьThank you
