Came across this channel while looking for a workout for arms. Tried it, it's no joke. My arms hurts!!🤧😭 but I like it😅 and I will be doing it everyday from tomorrow. I feel the burn n sore although it's juz a few minutes workout even without any equipment.I guess it's working.💪🏻

starting measurement - bicep: 33cm/13inch tricep: 37cm/14.5inch
day 1- i definitely felt the burn while doing it but im not really sore so ill add weights tomorrow
day 2-i added a 2kgs plate to a few exercises and it was definitely a lot more challenging
started on 8th January, I’ll try to do it at least for one week

It's becoming easier and much faster when I do it day by day, school starts soon so I might not have the time to do it everyday, but I'll try 😅

Día 1: ✅No se me hizo muy difícil, también voy a hacer otra rutina para los brazos además de esta.
Día 2: ✅Ya está, usé 2 diccionarios (uno en cada brazo) para realizar los ejercicios.

Day1 : it was tough and I felt like my arm is gonna break (not gonna stop until I see my results) 🧡
Day2 : done 🥲👍it was little easy today..🧡
Starting on January 6th:
Day 1: The first one was somehow painful for me but if you're like me (aren't that active) im sure its understandable lol. Thats the whole reason im doing this! Burning a lot, i did a 10 min exercise with dumbbells after this (my own exercise) so it definitely burns but will update tomorrow !
Day 2: Was actually much easier to do this it of course still burnt a bit but was pretty easy! Obviously wont see results in only two days but will keep updating
Day 3: same as yesterday! getting a lot easier
I started this the first day of January and I haven’t noticed a difference yet BUT this workout is very effective the more I do it the more I can keep up with the pace she’s going I’ll update more as I go on :)

Ответитьday 1: just started, i can really feel the burn :D
day 2: did this + another 10min arm workout from her channel, feeling a bit sore from yesterday but i managed to do it (* ̄3 ̄)╭ remember to do some stretches afterwards to be less sore the next day
day 3: two workouts again as mentioned above, no visual difference yet but i can really feel my muscles working!
day 4: two workouts, i feel like the exercises are getting easier :D not really sure if i see any difference on my arms though
day 5: two wks :)

Ответитьday 1: SO HARD… ofc no result yet
day 2: felt easier than the first day, my arms are sore though and no changes other than my collar bones stick out more for some reason
day 3: just as hard as day 2, i noticed my shoulders are more flat instead of curved, my posture is way better than the first day
day 4: no changes

Ответитьi've always had trouble doing workouts everyday, so i'll be commenting this to help keep me on track to record results, and hopefully i can stay on track to encourage other people as well!
day 1 (jan.4) : just started today! my arms burned throughout the entire workout, definitely tired me out a bit. i'll try to come back tomorrow and record!
day 2 (jan.5) : second day, my arms are pretty sore from yesterday, but i pulled through and managed to finish today's workout. i feel like today's workout was the same as yesterday's, and i don't really see any differences yet. i'll try to come back tomorrow and see my progress :)
day 3 (jan.6) : once again, my arms were sore, but during the workout, i noticed that i didn't get exhausted within the first 2 exercises like the past few days, so i'm proud of that! still no physical results, but i definitely feel the burn! gonna try to come back tomorrow :)
day 4 (jan.7) : today my arms weren't as sore as the past few days, so i think i'm improving more now! again, still not any clear or drastic physical changes, but i think it's slowly working! just have to pull through..
day 5 (jan.8) : i went back to school today, so i only worked out later in the evening today (sorry for the late update). i think i see a small difference? i don't know if it's my eyes playing tricks on me, but i think there's a subtle difference right now! i'm planning on looking at more of hailey's videos to target other parts of my body today, so i'll also be doing those before finishing for the day. i'm really proud of myself so far!
day 6 (jan.9) : wow, i'm proud of myself for staying consistent for this long! i was able to do all the exercises up until arm twists without pausing for a few seconds to let my arms rest, which i am pretty happy about! still onto that subtle difference, but i still think my eyes are playing tricks on me lol. i ended up doing another arm workout yesterday, but due to homework and other stuff, i could only do this workout today. i'll be sure to come back tomorrow!
just a small reminder that everyone's bodies are different, so some people might find it easier or harder to lose weight than others! don't be discouraged <3
